REMINDERS & TIPS

Parking / Car Repairs

Please park in your garage or driveway when possible . We have limited parking spaces available for guest parking. We do not allow cars not in use to be stored on the property. No inoperable vehicles of any type are allowed on the Property neither temporarily or permanently.

Trash Cans

Trash cans must be stored in the garage and out of public site. They need to be removed from the street the day the trash is picked up. (Wednesday)

Lawn & Shrubbery Maintenance

Crosspointe provides:

  • Grass Mowing

  • Tree Trimming

  • Shrub pruning

Homeowners must water their grass.

Driveways

If your driveway or sidewalk is heavily stained consider having it power washed. This also gives a nicer appearance to our community. The HOA does not do this when the homes are washed. The HOA does periodically repair holes/cracks on sidewalks as necessary.

Flags

The only large flags permitted are the American and North Carolina flags. No other flags can be larger than 12in x 18in.

Vehicle Repairs

No repairs to any vehicles or other personal property shall be made in parking spaces or driveways except in cases of emergencies and minor repairs undertaken within garages and out of public view. Always keep your vehicle doors locked when parked in the driveway and remove any valuables.

Garage Doors

Always keep your garage door closed. As cold weather approaches our outdoor “critters” will be seeking indoor space and a garage would be a nice place to build a nest. Also a closed garage door gives a nicer appearance to the community.

Pets

Please be sure your pet is on a leash and that you always clean up after your pet. Your help is appreciated as we strive to keep our community looking great.
